About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and bilingual Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a Keller Williams real estate agent based in New Jersey (USA). You’ll help manage daily real estate tasks, client communication, SmartPlans, and backend systems.
This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with real estate tools and client follow-ups in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize client folders, contracts, and disclosures in Google Drive or KW Command
• Create and update SmartPlans,
• Input and tag new leads, update contact info, and track follow-ups
• Assist in scheduling appointments, open houses, and inspections
• Prepare and send marketing materials (flyers,
• Help with basic transaction coordination from offer to closing
• Translate simple
• Track leads and transactions using Google Sheets or Excel
• Handle light data entry, online research, and other admin tasks

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish
• Prior experience as a real estate assistant or virtual assistant preferred
• Familiar with KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Google Drive, and Canva (or willing to learn)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Eastern Time (EST) hours
• Positive attitude and professional communication style

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
• Experience setting up or managing SmartPlans
• Canva design or social-media content creation
• Familiarity with the real estate transaction process
