Performance Trial Period

This role begins with a 10-day paid performance trial, designed to identify highly capable, self-motivated individuals who take ownership, solve problems, and execute with consistency and clarity.
Top performers will be offered a full-time role at $800 USD/month.

Before then, compensation and expectations during the trial are as follows:
Trial Pay: $5 USD per day
Hours per Day: 5 hours
Trial Focus: Clarity, consistency, communication, task execution, and problem-solving.

Position: Real Estate Underwriter (Development-Focused)

We’re seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Real Estate Underwriter to evaluate acquisition and development opportunities across land, single-family, and small commercial assets. You’ll be responsible for analyzing market data, reviewing zoning and land-use restrictions, and preparing reports that inform purchase and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze development opportunities, zoning, and permitted uses

Underwrite land and residential property acquisitions

Prepare clear, concise reports with valuation rationale and recommendations

Research county records, parcel data, and comparable sales

Support the founder by providing quick turnaround analyses on potential deals

Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to identify and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications

Strong understanding of land/development underwriting

Experience working with county GIS systems, parcel data, and land-use regulations

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and valuation

Ability to synthesize data and communicate findings clearly

Excellent English and analytical writing skills

Candidates with specific underwriting experience will be prioritized
