We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing social media-driven business based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You’ll be handling a mix of administrative tasks and social media content support. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-savvy. Key responsibilities will include scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and ensuring posts go live on time each day. Other tasks will be trained later on such as creating and editing short and long form videos and writing captions. Additional administrative tasks such as running monthly analytics reports on posts and sending invoices to clients may be trained.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to work within the real estate space, manage social media accounts and be a key component to the team.
Requirements:
Fast, reliable internet connection
Ability to upload and download videos in 2K 60 FPS (these are larger files 500Mb+ and can take up a lot of space)
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and CapCut
Bonus Points:
Experience working with content creators or real estate professionals
Experience using social media management tools for scheduling posts
Experience creating and editing short form and long form videos.
Knowledge in adding text, on-screen captions, and filters to make eye catching videos
Experience in creating Thumbnails for YouTube and/or cover photos for Instagram/TikTok
Background in social media management
Comfortable being on camera for meetings
