Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company paid advertising campaigns . In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing client ad campaigns, launching new clients, and ensuring that our client fulfillment KPIs are consistently met. Your ability to innovate, strategize, and communicate effectively will be key to achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: MUST have 1 year of experience with After Effects and is proficient with Premier Pro
Media Buying: Launching and optimizing client ad campaigns on Meta's platform, ensuring metrics are within KPI.
R&D and Testing: Conduct research and development tests for new ad angles and creatives.
Client Onboarding & Launches: Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth launch process, driving the initial success of their campaigns.
Campaign Analysis: Review campaign data to identify trends and insights, making strategic recommendations to optimize client performance.
Innovation: Regularly test new strategies and ideas to improve lead quality and campaign results.

Minimum Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to listen intently and communicate effectively.
Digital Marketing Experience: An inclination towards or experience in digital marketing, with confidence in making strategic decisions.
Attention to Detail: A surgical attention to detail is crucial for ensuring that no important details slip through the cracks.
Platform Knowledge: Advanced knowledge and use of GoHighLevel, Clickup, Slack, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
