JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative and organized professional social media manager to help grow our platform "Street Justice TV" across various social media outlets. This role involves content scheduling, repurposing, trend research, and community engagement across YouTube/Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook.

SKILL LEVEL EXPECTATIONS:
- Social Media Management: Intermediate ( 1 - 3 years)
- YouTube Marketing: Intermediate ( 1 - 3 Years)
- Content creation: Beginner- Intermediate (6 months - 1 Year)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research and Repost trending police body-cam footage, police-related clips, such as highspeed chases, traffic stops, Dashcam footage (Public Records and Viral ---------- nts)
- Schedule daily uploads (Shorts, Reels, TikTok's) using tools like Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
- Create captivating and engaging captions, hashtags, and titles optimized for (SEO)
- Manage comments and community replies to increase engagement
- Re-use viral content (find and repost older videos when related news resurfaces)
- Track analytics (views, likes, followers, CTR) and report growth weekly
- Clip and resize videos to be suitable for each platform's parameters (simple editing using CapCut or Canva)
- Stay updated with social trends, laws enforcement news, and viral ---------- nts

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
- FLUENT in English (Written)
- Reliable Internet and ability to work independently
- Experience using tools like Canva, Capcut(basic), YouTube studio, and google sheets and current access to them
- Interest in Viral, Police, and "Urban" style content is a Bonus!!
