We’re seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who deeply understands AI tools, AI prompts, visual creation, and digital automation — someone who can transform ideas into powerful marketing systems with minimal supervision.

You’ll be working directly with the Founder to bring AI marketing strategies, AI twins, and automated funnels to life.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and lead funnels.
• Use AI prompts to create brand visuals, graphics, and AI avatars (“AI twins”) for social media and video content.
• Develop and test AI marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
• Generate video scripts, captions, and ad creatives using AI tools.
• Manage AI-driven workflows across content, marketing, and CRM.
• Document all systems into clear SOPs for future team use.
• Stay current on new AI tools and strategies that improve efficiency and conversions.

???? Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of AI prompt engineering for visuals, text, and content.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required).
• Proven ability to build and manage funnels, CRMs, and automations.
• Experience creating AI videos, avatars, or AI twins (using platforms like Veo, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.).
• Strong grasp of marketing psychology, brand voice, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
• Highly independent — can take initiative and deliver with minimal direction.
