Schedule:

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Sunday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Monday & Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 8:45 PM EST
(Approximately 25 hours per week)

The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to join our growing admin team. This position supports the daily operations of the school, assisting both our in-studio and remote staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment. You will help ensure our families, students, and teachers receive outstanding communication and service.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and maintaining accurate student records

Assisting parents with scheduling, billing, and makeups via email and text

Coordinating with teachers about schedule changes and student updates

Supporting weekend operations remotely

Assisting with administrative projects, organization, and content updates

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets

Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Availability during all listed hours on a consistent weekly basis
