We’re a growing digital media company expanding our team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Content Operations Assistant to help manage daily video content submissions.

Responsibilities:
Log in to websites and upload prewritten content following detailed SOPs
Complete submission forms accurately and attach the correct video clips
Double-check all entries for errors before submitting
Add finalized URLs to our Notion tracking board
Identify small problems and work with the team to resolve them — we don’t skip tasks; we fix them
Communicate clearly and consistently with your team

Work Schedule:
Work independently on your preferred daily schedule, but consistency is key — same time each day
10–20 hours per week to start
May expand to full-time (40 hours/week) as projects scale

Qualifications:
Required:
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Good English communication (written)
Follows instructions precisely
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Preferred:
Experience with Notion or Wrike
Experience handling process-based tasks or content uploads
