Client Success Manager

We are a home improvement marketing agency with one of the highest quality lead sources in the United States.

We are looking for an outgoing client success manager who speaks fluent English with an American accent, has customer support experience and over-communicates. You will be working with us to manage customer support, onboarding new clients and any problems they might have.

Our vision is to provide the number one solution for home improvement leads in the United States. We are relentless in growing our knowledge and eager to cut out the noise in the home improvement industry.

Your role as our client success manager:
• Onboard new clients
• Create and complete tasks needed to be done
• Organize documents and diligently maintain records
• Create SOPs
• Data management
• Analyze and innovate ways to make daily operations better and faster
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel in multitasking and adapting to a dynamic work environment, handling unexpected tasks with ease.
• Maintain a high level of detail-oriented work.
• Proficient in data management.
• Project management experience.
• Self-motivated to assist and grow the business.
• Willing to be cross-trained for other tasks needed for the job.
• Critical thinker and loves to solve problems.
• Incredible time-management.
• Have experience working in the home improvement industry.
• Strong internet connection and fast laptop or desktop.
• Experience in working with online service-based businesses is a plus.
• Appointment Setting experience is a plus.
