???? Your Role

You’ll be responsible for:

End-to-end recruitment of crypto traders, analysts, and support staff

Managing onboarding, NDAs, and contracts

Coordinating performance tracking, payroll, and retention programs

Building hiring funnels via LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and Web3 job boards

Working directly with management to grow a global remote team

???? Qualifications

2+ years experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition

Proven exposure in Crypto / Prop Trading / Fintech / Investment / Forex

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, Telegram, and TidyCal

Can work remotely, self-managed, and result-oriented
