Creative Social Media + Content Assistant (Beauty Brand)

Fresh Set is a playful press-on nail brand for the modern woman — fun, confident, and a little bit extra ????

We’re looking for a female Gen Z or Millennial content assistant who loves social media, pop culture, and storytelling. You’ll help us grow on TikTok and Instagram by creating relatable, on-trend, and aesthetic content that feels real and community-driven.

Your main tasks:

Repurpose existing videos into reels/TikToks

Write fun, conversational captions

Track trending audios, ideas, and hashtags

Help schedule and organize content (Canva, Metricool, Notion, etc.)

Occasionally respond to comments and engage with followers

Suggest new, creative ideas to keep the brand fresh

Ideal candidate:

Female, Gen Z or Millennial

Deep understanding of social trends + pop culture

Strong English writing and captioning skills

Experience in Canva and CapCut (basic edits)

Bonus: experience in beauty or lifestyle content
