We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and goal-driven Sales / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing global team.

As the first point of contact with potential clients, you’ll be responsible for opening doors — driving qualified conversations, identifying opportunities, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

???? What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outbound Engagement
— Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company’s services and qualifying interest
— Use structured discovery frameworks to uncover challenges and assess client fit
— Book and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives with complete context and notes

CRM Management & Data Accuracy
— Log all outreach activities, updates, and notes in the CRM system with precision
— Maintain clean, accurate data — every call, lead, and follow-up properly tracked
— Follow established workflows and maintain outreach discipline

Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
— Execute consistent follow-up cadences using tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo
— Manage multiple leads at different touchpoints and ensure no follow-up is missed
— Keep the pipeline active and progressing through persistent, consultative communication

Performance & Reporting
— Track KPIs such as calls made, meetings booked, and conversion rates
— Provide regular feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
— Participate in weekly check-ins, training, and performance reviews

Team Collaboration & Continuous Growth
— Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and quality meetings
— Share insights from client conversations to improve outreach strategy
— Contribute ideas that help the team refine scripts, tools, and performance

Qualifications

— 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
— Excellent communication skills — clear English, confident phone presence, and professional tone
— Strong organization and CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred)
— Comfortable making high call volumes and managing structured outreach cadences
— Self-motivated and coachable, with a proven ability to hit activity and meeting targets
— Experience using outbound tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Dialers
— Prior SaaS or B2B sales experience is an advantage
— Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing your own schedule
— Consistent record of booking meetings that convert to revenue opportunities
