Faceless Channel Growth Manager — Build & Monetize a Long-Term Content Distribution Brand (YouTube / TikTok / X)

Job Overview

We’re building a new faceless content brand — the goal is to grow a strong audience first, and later connect it with our own products and services.

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and reliable growth operator who knows how to build and scale channels — even without showing their face.
If you’ve grown or monetized channels before (personal or for clients), we’d love to hear from you!

This is a long-term position with real growth potential. You’ll work directly with the founder, have freedom to test ideas, and get bonuses as the channel grows.

What You’ll Do

Research and test profitable content niches (YouTube / TikTok / X)

Create posting and scheduling systems using automation & AI tools

Track performance data and make data-driven improvements

Experiment with monetization strategies (affiliate, sponsorships, product funnels)

Who You Are

You’ve already built or managed a faceless content channel (please share examples!)

You understand how to grow audiences organically

You’re comfortable using tools like CapCut, Notion, Zapier, Repurpose.io, etc.

You’re proactive, reliable, and love testing what works

Strong written and spoken English

Nice To Have

Background in affiliate marketing, SaaS, or digital products

Familiar with AI content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, OpusClip, etc.)

Understanding of storytelling and audience psychology
