Are you ready to take full ownership of creative strategy for international e-commerce brands?
We’re looking for a full-time Creative Director who knows how to spot winning ads, manage UGC creators, and build content that converts. If you live and breathe social media ads, have a sharp eye for new angles, and know how to get the best out of a creator team, then this is your chance.

Responsibilities:
• Research market trends & find proven ad creatives
• Develop and test new ad angles
• Understand target customers and turn insights into ad strategies
• Manage and monitor our team of AI Video Editors
• Outreach & recruit new UGC creators
• Test creators and build a reliable team of 3–5 creators
• Monitor performance, replace underperforming creators fast
• Edit & optimize ads for maximum performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience with social media ads / UGC / content creation
• Strong understanding of what makes ads perform
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Fluent English communication (written & spoken)
• Self-driven, organized, result-oriented
