About the Role:
We're seeking a talented AI & Automation Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI implementation and drive digital transformation across our organization. You'll not only build and optimize automation workflows but also serve as an internal educator, empowering our tea ---------- mbers to leverage AI tools effectively in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using platforms like Make, Zapier, and n8n
-Integrate AI solutions across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency
-Train and educate staff members on AI tools and automation platforms tailored to their specific roles and needs
-Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all automation workflows and AI tool usage
-Develop clear, step-by-step documentation that enables tea ---------- mbers to work independently
-Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation
-Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes
-Create training materials and resources for AI tools and workflows
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers across departments to identify automation opportunities
-Provide ongoing support and guidance as the organization scales

Required Technical Skills:
-Automation Platforms: Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n
-AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude AI, Perplexity, and other generative AI platforms
-Project Management: Trello (for workflow organization and task management)
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with automation and AI implementation
-Demonstrated ability to build complex, multi-step workflows
-Experience with API integrations and webhooks
-Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices
