Join our Australian uniform company as a Customer Service & Sales Representative handling inbound and outbound calls to warm leads and providing website chat support to Australian customers.

Requirements:

2–3 years of call experience with an international or BPO company

Excellent English communication skills

Confident handling warm sales calls and online chats

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Your Role:
You’ll assist customers with product enquiries, follow up on leads, and guide them through ordering custom-printed and embroidered uniforms—all while delivering friendly, professional service that reflects our Australian brand values.
