Job Overview
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer experienced in WordPress Elementor to craft clean, responsive designs in Figma and bring them to life on WordPress. This position combines design and implementation—creating pixel-perfect mockups in Figma and translating them directly into Elementor builds. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual hierarchy, user experience, and performance optimization. You’ll work independently while collaborating with our global team of developers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor based on finalized Figma designs.
- Transform Figma wireframes and prototypes into precise, fully functional Elementor pages. - Define and maintain consistent design systems including typography, color schemes, spacing, icons, and reusable components.
- Ensure all layouts are scalable, organized, and easy to manage within both Figma and WordPress.
- Optimize sites for performance, load speed, and cross-browser compatibility.Create and manage both LTR and RTL layouts (e.g., English and Hebrew) while maintaining visual balance and functionality.
- Work with developers for technical integrations and support content teams with design-related updates in Elementor.
- Maintain orderly file structures and document key steps for smooth project handoffs.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UX/UI design experience with live websites.
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, and interactive prototypes).
- Proven experience building WordPress Elementor sites from design to completion.
- Strong understanding of layout hierarchy, spacing, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive communication style.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in agency or multi-brand environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and conversion-oriented design.
- Prior experience designing for RTL languages (e.g., Hebrew).
