JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing e-commerce dropshipping business.

If you know what makes people stop scrolling on Meta, understand the psychology behind why people click and buy, and thrive on testing new ad angles daily, this role is for you.

We’re scaling aggressively — and we need a sharp creative mind who can generate and adapt ad concepts at speed, using both classic marketing principles and the latest AI/design tools to find the next winning creative.

Main Responsibilities

Research competitor ads on Facebook Ad Library and identify high-performing creatives in the health, beauty, and lifestyle niches

Write and develop new ad scripts continuously so we can test and launch non-stop

Create ideas and shotlists for new content production

Develop strategic campaign concepts for different stages of the customer journey

Propose new scroll-stoppers, hooks, and variations of winning ads

Adapt competitor ads to our funnels for EU markets (NL, FR, DE, etc.)

Analyze ad KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, engagement) and report performance clearly

Suggest improvements for underperforming ads based on data

Implement iterations of winning creatives to scale performance

Conduct audience analysis and develop sales psychology insights

Analyze new markets and build tailored creative strategies for entry

Work closely with our ad editors to brief them on creative ideas and ensure fast execution

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.)

Clear understanding of funnel dropshipping and how ads connect to conversions

Experience identifying and creating winning creatives

Ability to combine marketing psychology with data-driven decisions

Comfortable leveraging AI tools for creative research and concept building

Fast, motivated, proactive — execution speed is key

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads in the ---------- space

Proven ability to analyze performance data and generate creative strategies

Full-time availability (40h/week)

Strong internet connection and reliable computer

Rate & Benefits

$7.50/hour (full-time)
