Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the Founder – Gabrielle’s Vault

Gabrielle’s Vault is a growing international fashion brand based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with expanding operations in the Philippines. The brand captures the authentic energy of the early 2000s and 2010s inspired by original Abercrombie & Hollister aesthetics with a dark, retro, Y2K-inspired tone.

We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder and Creative Director, Emmanuel Wemambu, to help manage day-to-day workflow and integrate effective systems within the business.

This role involves joining an existing, fast-growing team and helping to bring structure and consistency to daily operations, communications, and scheduling. You will be working closely with Emmanuel to coordinate tasks, follow up with tea ---------- mbers, and ensure smooth execution across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily administrative tasks and scheduling.

Coordinating communication between creative, logistics, and marketing teams.

Assisting in the creation and implementation of workflow and organizational systems.

Tracking deliverables, following up on projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Managing documents, emails, and internal communication.

Supporting creative and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Experience using online tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Trello.

Must be based in or near Makati, Manila, for initial in-person work and onboarding.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $390 USD per month.

The position has the potential to become full-time and virtual after the initial onboarding period, even after the founder leaves the country.
