About the Role:

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Specialist with strong ecommerce copywriting skills to join our fast-growing streetwear brand. You’ll be managing high-impact email and SMS campaigns, creating automated flows, and writing powerful messages that convert visitors into loyal customers.

If you understand email marketing psychology, know how to write high-converting Klaviyo copy, and have experience working with Shopify clothing brands, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize Klaviyo email flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.)

Write engaging, brand-driven email & SMS copy that fits our edgy fashion tone

Develop A/B tests and analyze results to improve conversion rates

Manage segmentation, deliverability, and performance tracking inside Klaviyo

Collaborate with our creative team to align visuals, tone, and campaign timing

Skills & Requirements:

1+ year of Klaviyo email and SMS marketing experience

Strong copywriting background (preferably for fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands)

Knowledge of Shopify or other ecommerce platforms

Understanding of email design, mobile responsiveness, and conversion best practices

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
