If you have a knack for transforming raw footage into compelling, high-converting content — especially **Video Sales Letters (VSL)** and **User-Generated Content (UGC)** — we’d love to hear from you.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for VSLs, UGC campaigns, and other digital content.
* Enhance videos with color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to maintain a high production standard.
* Work closely with the creative team to align videos with branding and campaign goals.
* Maintain a consistent editing style across projects while adapting to different formats and tones.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
* Organize and archive project files for easy access and future use.
* Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

### **What We’re Looking For**

* Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing VSLs and UGC content.
* Proficiency in **CapCut** or similar video editing tools.
* Solid understanding of editing fundamentals — including basic audio mixing, basic color grading, and basic motion graphics.
* Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
* Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
* Familiarity with video formats and specifications for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
