N8N Automation Specialist (Immediate Direct Hire!)

About the Role:

As an n8n Automation Specialist, you will design, document, and maintain automation workflows that power our inbound marketing and local SEO ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of n8n, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to automate data flow, campaign tracking, and performance reporting, all managed inside ClickUp.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows in n8n (integrations, triggers, API logic, and data transformations)
- Support inbound and local SEO systems by automating reporting, data syncing, and performance tracking
- Work closely with the Head of n8n to ensure technical quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Document all workflows clearly, including logic, dependencies, and troubleshooting steps
- Manage and update tasks in ClickUp, keeping communication and progress organized
- Test, debug, and continuously optimize automations for performance and reliability

*Requirements (Non-Negotiable)*

- 1–2+ years of automation experience (preferably in n8n, Make, or Zapier)
- Knowledgeable of Local SEO and inbound marketing systems and how visibility, traffic, and leads connect
- Basic marketing knowledge including funnels, CRMs, analytics, and campaign flows
- Experience documenting automations and technical processes clearly and consistently
- Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello)
- Excellent logical reasoning, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, stable automations

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or Webflow
- Experience integrating APIs or writing custom JavaScript functions within n8n
- Understanding of local SEO data flows and familiarity with SEO tools
