Altitude Property Media – (Remote)

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in social media content creation and a strong willingness to learn our Instagram outreach method. This is a part-time, long-term role (Tuesday through Saturday – minimum 20 hours per week) with room to grow.

You will help us create engaging content and connect with new potential clients on Instagram using a proven process.

We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who wants to help grow a dynamic business and grow with us!

Primary Responsibilities: Content Creation & Instagram Outreach

Content Creation Tasks

-Repurpose photo/video content into creative social media-ready posts
-Use Canva (or similar tools) for graphics and layouts
-Add branding, logos, and captions to visual content
-Schedule posts in Meta Business Suite
-Maintain consistent posting style and brand standards
-Help design and edit marketing emails for platforms like MailChimp

Instagram Outreach Tasks

-Help to build relationships with local real estate agents using our IG outreach system
-Strategically engage with targeted instagram accounts, leaving thoughtful meaningful comments
-Send DMs using a script offering a free photo shoot or consultation
-Track leads and conversations in ---------- (or similar CRM)
-Must be willing to learn and consistently execute our full IG Method

Outbound Outreach Tasks

-Research and build lead lists of real estate agents, teams, and brokerages using online platforms such as Zillow, ---------- , Instagram, and Google Maps
-Gather key contact information (agent name, phone, email, brokerage, Instagram handle, etc.)
-Maintain and update the lead database in ---------- or Google Sheets
-Assist in segmenting leads by location, brokerage size, or activity level
-Identify potential high-value clients (e.g., agents with active listings or luxury homes)
-Support leadership with preparing lists for phone or email outreach campaigns

Work Schedule

-4 hours per day, 5 days per week (room for growth)
-Daily hours are flexible — we care more about results and consistency than strict schedules. We just ask for some overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST) for check-ins and communication.

Requirements

-Excellent written and spoken English
-Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and social media tools
-Comfortable learning and following detailed systems
-Familiarity with real estate or creative marketing is a plus
-Reliable internet connection and periodic availability during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours

Compensation

-$4 to $6 per hour depending on experience
