Virtual Assistant/Administrator for YouTube

We're hiring highly capable, high IQ VAs for our YouTube channels!

Main responsibilities:
- Create new video ideas and topics
- Create AI script and voiceovers
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth production flow
- Manage and oversee production over multiple YouTube channels


Traits and requirements of the ideal candidate:
- EXCELLENT communicator, responds super fast - this is a MUST!
- High IQ, is able to learn things easily and adapt quickly.
- Creative mind, ability to brainstorm interesting ideas and concepts
- Proactive personality, loves to get things done ahead of schedule.
- Takes action quickly, does not delay or procrastinate.
- Super consistent and reliable with no major commitments or distractions that will get in the way of performing duties each day.


This is a fun and exciting full-time opportunity. It will start slow but eventually grow to a 40 hour per week position. Your role will directly support the channel manager and team operations so you're communication style and skills must be top-tier.

SALARY: Pay is dependent upon the number of channels you manage. Each channel pays $50 per month. As you handle more channels, your pay will increase.
