Looking for Video Editor

We want a video editor who’s hungry, creative, and reliable. Someone who wants to grow with the channel — this isn’t just a one-off gig.

You should:
• Be experienced in long-form YouTube content (10–40 mins)
• Understand pacing, music choice, and clip transitions that keep people watching
• Know how to use b-roll, stock footage, and movie/show clips for high-retention
• Be able to take a voiceover and script and turn it into something visually engaging
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and take feedback without ego

????? Responsibilities
• Edit 1–3 YouTube videos per week (can grow to full-time)
• Sync visuals with existing voiceovers and pacing
• Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and cinematic elements
• Maintain visual storytelling that matches the tone (dark, nostalgic, funny, dramatic)
• Occasionally help cut YouTube Shorts or social clips
