As we grow, we want to make our internal systems and workflows smoother and smarter. That’s why we’re looking for a Process & Systems Engineer — someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and building smart, automated workflows in HubSpot and other tools we use.


- What You’ll Do -
* Build, test, and maintain HubSpot systems - including workflows, automations, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions.
* Set up and manage integrations between HubSpot and other key business tools to ensure seamless data flow.
* Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency across HubSpot properties, pipelines, and sequences.
* Develop custom reports and dashboards to generate insights that support business decisions.
* Document processes and collaborate with leadership create simple training guides and work closely with the Head of Operations on automation and CRM projects.
