Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the CEO and company operations. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, loves keeping things on track, speaks and writes in excellent English, and enjoys balancing creative and administrative work.
This is a retainer remote position, Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (PST), which means you will need to be available during the night shift, 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and task lists
- Track and organize ongoing projects and deliverables
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales follow-ups
- Schedule and assist in social media content deployment
- Prepare summaries, reports, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-up actions
- Improve internal processes and maintain documentation
Experience
- 2+ years in executive assistance, project coordination, or operations
- Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel,
- Familiarity with social media strategies and scheduling tools
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Strong communication, great written and spoken English, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
