I’m looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, and eager to grow to join my team as an Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Sourcing VA.

Pay

If selected, starting pay will be $400 per month, with the potential to grow to $1,000 per month or more depending on results and consistency.

I’ve built my business through hard work, consistency, and high standards. I want someone who shares those same values, someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that’s going somewhere.

My goal is to build a high-performing sourcing team that grows together, creates opportunity, and helps us scale a legitimate, long-term Amazon business. This is not a short-term gig. I’m looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful with me and be rewarded for their effort and results.

Role & Responsibilities

Your main focus will be finding profitable products for Amazon FBA through Online Arbitrage.
You’ll use tools like Keepa, Google Sheets, and SellerAmp to analyze deals, evaluate product history, and make smart buying decisions.

You’ll receive paid training, but I need someone who’s a fast learner, can take initiative, and is COACHABLE with an open mind.

Daily responsibilities:
-Source quality OA products from official or trusted sellers
- Analyze Keepa charts to determine product trends, sales rank, and demand
- Log leads into Google Sheets accurately and consistently
- Communicate daily progress and results
- Continuously improve your sourcing process and output
- Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience with Keepa (REQUIRED)
- Experience in US-based Amazon OA sourcing
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable

Preferred but not required:
- Experience using SellerAmp
- Understanding of Sales Rank and product demand cycles

What I’m Looking For

I want someone who:

You will be given a sample project that will take about 30 minutes to complete. You will need to pass this before being taken on full-time. You’ll then begin with a 1-week paid trial period alongside other applicants. This is your opportunity to show what you can do. One person will be selected for a long-term full-time position after the trial.
