We’re looking for a driven, curious, and confident SDR who loves starting conversations and opening doors. You’ll be chatting with small-business owners across Australia — qualifying them, building rapport, and booking sales calls for our founder.
You don’t need to be a marketing expert.
You do need energy, communication, and persistence.
What You’ll Do
Reach out to business owners via
Ask smart questions to qualify prospects.
Book calls into our founder’s calendar
Keep track of everything in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Hit weekly targets for booked and attended calls.
Work closely with our Aussie team to sharpen your pitch and process.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (bonus if B2B or marketing-related).
Excellent spoken and written English — you should sound natural, friendly, and confident.
Comfortable calling English-speaking prospects (we’ll provide scripts).
Reliable internet + headset and quiet workspace.
Able to work Aussie hours (roughly 6am–3pm PH time).
Self-starter with strong follow-through — you take pride in hitting goals.
