Wedding Social Media Manager (Content Creation, Scripting, and Editing)

Kaloi Filmmaking Studio is a luxury wedding photo and video company based in Washington, USA.
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager who can turn real wedding footage into beautiful, story-driven content that emotionally connects with engaged couples.

This role is hands-on - you’ll handle scripting, editing, and delivering content ready for posting.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Edit raw wedding footage into 15–60 second Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
Use trending sounds and transitions that fit the brand aesthetic
Add captions, hooks, and text overlays to enhance storytelling
Keep visuals clean, cinematic, and emotionally engaging

Scripting & Storytelling:

Write short, natural-sounding voiceovers or captions
Focus on emotion - joy, connection, and real ---------- nts between couples
Align each piece with our storytelling style and weekly content goals

Organization & Workflow
Use Google Drive and Airtable to organize content by couple and date
Deliver completed videos on time and communicate through Slack
Label files clearly for smooth handoff to our posting VA

Tools You’ll Use:

CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
Google Drive + Airtable
Slack (for team communication)
ChatGPT or Notion (for idea building or scripting)

Requirements:

-Strong storytelling and short-form video editing experience
-Excellent English writing and communication skills
-Knowledge of social media trends (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
-Organized and reliable with deadlines
-Self-motivated, with an eye for cinematic visuals

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

-Experience with wedding or event-based video content
-Knowledge of brand voice and tone consistency
-Ability to identify high-performing content ideas

Work Hours & Pay
20 hrs a week
$400 a month
Paid biweekly via Wise
Long-term role after 90-day review
