PRESALES DESIGN ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Design Engineers, fostering performance and growth.
Oversee project planning and design execution, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
Collaborate with Sales during the presales process, offering technical insight and validation.
Review and approve technical documents and prototypes to uphold quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and encouraging innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

???? 5+ years in Security System Design/Estimation (Access Control, Biometrics, RFID, CCTV, etc.)
???? Background in ECE, EE, CpE, or IT
???? Skilled in project costing, technical submittals, and system drawings (AutoCAD a plus)
