We’re a fast-growing real estate media company looking for a dedicated in-house video editor to join our team full-time. This is an exclusive editing position — ideal for someone who wants to grow into a lead editor role within a creative, fast-moving company (not just another cog in a big corporate machine).

???? Coachable and eager to learn new techniques

???? Forward-thinking, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

?? Detail-oriented and precise in timing, color, and sound

???? Communicative, with consistent, reliable updates

? Fast learner who can adapt to new workflows

???? Takes initiative and can manage multiple projects efficiently

Requirements

Proficient in Final Cut Pro (experience with Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

Previous experience editing real estate or similar professional videos

Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Willingness to work full-time and commit long-term

How to Apply

Please submit the following with your initial response:

Links to 3–5 video projects you’ve edited (real estate samples preferred).

A short video of yourself explaining why you’d be a great fit for this position and what drives your passion for editing.

Why Join Us

We’re not just producing content — we’re building a brand. This is an opportunity to grow into a lead editor role, shape the visual direction of our projects, and be part of a close-knit, creative team that values your ideas and effort.

If you’re ready to create beautiful, story-driven visuals and build something long-term — we want to hear from you.
