We are a small, creative e-commerce business based in the USA and Denmark. We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our growing team.
Our company manages several online stores (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) and social media platforms. We’re looking for a reliable and creative person who can help us make our brand shine through engaging visuals and consistent content.

Main Tasks
• Create and post content regularly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Design eye-catching graphics for our Shopify and marketplace listings
• Occasionally edit short promotional videos or reels for TikTok and Instagram
• Maintain a consistent style and follow brand guidelines
• Communicate and track progress using our project management tool

Requirements
• Skilled in graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or your preferred tool)
• Good written English and clear communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and efficient during work hours
• No need to work U.S. hours — flexible schedule is fine as long as deadlines are met
• Willingness to learn our workflow and tools
