About Us:
We are a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through clean systems, consistent execution, and strong operational standards. Our team supports multiple properties and vendors, coordinating behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly every day.

Role Overview:
We are hiring a high-level Virtual Assistant to serve as our Remote STR Operations Lead. This is not a beginner VA role. You will be responsible for owning the results of our daily operations. That includes holding tea ---------- mbers accountable to performance standards, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring the guest experience remains consistently excellent.

While you will not be doing the hands-on work, your job is to monitor, manage, and optimize the people and processes that do. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and CEO to track KPIs, lead corrective actions, and uphold quality across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and act on key metrics: guest reviews, response times, refunds, upsell revenue
-Identify root causes of underperformance and initiate process corrections
-Communicate with day-to-day VAs and hold the team accountable to standards
-Provide direct feedback and structure when issues arise with tea ---------- mbers or contractors
-Track add-on revenue performance and help optimize upsells and cross-sells
-Ensure team alignment with company values and guest experience goals
-Report insights, gaps, and patterns to the Operations Manager and CEO

What We're Looking For:

-1–3+ years experience in operations, team leadership, or short-term rental management
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Comfort giving feedback, having hard conversations, and enforcing standards
-Systems-first thinker, always looking to fix the process, not just patch the issue
-Familiarity with tools like Hospitable, Turno, G Suite, WhatsApp, ClickUp, and Asana is a plus
-Track record of self-directed learning and owning tools within a business
-Clear written English and professional presence

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time remote role, with most hours worked during daytime hours in the Eastern Time zone. Flexibility is required based on business needs, including occasional weekend hours or off-shift availability when urgent issues arise. You’ll be expected to lead or respond to high-priority items when necessary, not just during fixed hours.
