Creative Strategist | Meta Ads

This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder, leading a creative team, at a rapidly growing startup. That means making a real impact with your work. You'll also be a part of something greater than just work - we're in the business of changing dog's lives. Directly with our products and through charity donations.

To date, Pick Peanut has served over 40,000 dogs, created multiple 7 figures in revenue (£M) and helped thousands of dogs with charitable efforts.

You'll be working on:
1. Managing creative team
2. Creative strategy - Meta
3. Net new concepts, variations & iterations
4. Graphic design - Canva/Photoshop
5. Creating video scripts & briefs for video editor

What's required:
- 3+ years experience creating paid ads
- Excellent research skills - Foreplay and other similar software
- Excellent copywriting
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong attention to detail

The role will be part time around 20-30 hours pr week initially. This is our trial period for the first 2-4 weeks. Following this, a permanent offer will be made. We want killers who are in this for the long-run. You'll have the opportunity to get significant bonuses, and career progression as we scale the team.
