Graphic Designer - Paid Ads & Ecommerce

This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder led creative team, at a rapidly growing startup. That means making a real impact with your work. Your designs are the lifeblood of our paid media campaigns. You'll also be a part of something greater than just work - we're in the business of changing dog's lives. Directly with our products and through charity donations.

To date Pick Peanut has served over 40,000 dogs, created multiple 7 figures in revenue (£M) and helped thousands of dogs with charitable efforts.

You'll be working on:
1. Paid ad designs - primarily for Meta
2. Other web & digital content
3. We have a bulk of BFCM content also due, so a healthy project load from day 1

What's required:
- 2+ years experience creating paid ads
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of headline placement
- Understanding of creating focal points

Bonus skills:
- Copywriting
- Ability to find winning ad designs

We don't want you to re-invent the wheel, we want a confident designer who can make attention grabbing images that follow best-practices and look good in the sea of content online.

The role will be part time around 20-30 hours pr week initially. This is our trial period for the first 2-4 weeks. Following this, a permanent offer will be made. We want creatives who are in this for the long-run. You'll have the opportunity to get significant bonuses, and career progression as we scale the team.
