About the Role
New Day Business Solutions builds transformative online courses using AI and automation to help entrepreneurs grow faster.
We’re seeking a Course & Student Support Coordinator who’s organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work with tools like Go High Level, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT.
You’ll manage course setup, student communication, and backend automations — keeping every learner supported from onboarding to success.
Key Responsibilities
Support students through
Build and update courses inside Go High Level (modules, automations, replays, access levels).
Help create learning materials — slides, worksheets, transcripts — using ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
Coordinate video and voice generation for lessons using HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
Manage Zoom coaching calls: reminders, links, recordings, and replay uploads.
Track enrollment, progress, and completion data; send encouragement or follow-ups as needed.
Maintain documentation for AI workflows and suggest process improvements.
Collect feedback and testimonials to measure program impact.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in online education support or virtual course management.
Comfortable using (or eager to learn) Go High Level, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Reliable internet and availability during U.S. EST evening hours (Philippine morning shift).
Bonus Skills
Basic video editing or Canva design.
Familiarity with Zapier, Google Workspace, or other automation tools.
Background in customer service, community management, or coaching support.
