We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a reliable Customer Support Assistant to help our clients and internal team. You’ll handle client communication, organize tasks in HubSpot, and support marketing operations for active ad campaigns. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working PT/MT hours with occasional weekend availability.

We work with hundreds of locations across North America and pride ourselves on strong communication, accountability, and a personalized client experience.

About the Role:
We are hiring a proactive and dependable Customer Support Assistant to help our account managers and clients have a smooth, positive experience. You will handle client communications, track tickets in HubSpot, and support the team with campaign and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client messages and requests through HubSpot, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and document customer interactions to ensure accurate tracking and quick resolution.
• Support the marketing and account management teams with administrative and campaign-related tasks.
• Prepare performance reports and summarize feedback or recurring client needs.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate internal and client calendars, and organize digital files.
• Assist with internal process improvements and follow up on open action items.
• Stay familiar with JL Marketing’s services, client campaigns, and tools to provide helpful and informed support.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or virtual assistant role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent time management.
• Comfortable working in PT/MT time zones, including a few weekend hours as needed.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing terminology, data tracking, or analytics tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate client and team needs.
