JOB OVERVIEW

MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Do not apply if you don’t meet all)**:
• Exceptional Canva Skills – You must be able to design agency-quality eBooks, lead magnets, pitch decks, and LinkedIn content using Canva Pro
• Strong Design Instinct – Clean layouts, modern branding, visual storytelling, and attention to detail
• Understanding of B2B Marketing – You must understand how to design and execute marketing for professional audiences (not consumer)
• Fluency in English – Written & Verbal – Clear, concise, business-level writing and communication is essential
• HubSpot Mastery – You must have 3–5 years of experience using the paid version of HubSpot for B2B (workflows, forms, emails, segmentation, reports)

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based mergers & acquisitions advisory firm looking for a high-performing, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support the creation and execution of all marketing projects.
You must be extremely proactive—this is not a role where you wait for direction. We expect you to move things forward, keep deadlines, and bring ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
• Design Marketing Assets in Canva
o Create lead magnets, eBooks, one-pagers, LinkedIn carousels, and pitch decks
o Ensure designs are modern, polished, and brand-aligned
• Build and Execute Campaigns in HubSpot
o Create email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows
o Set up segmentation and reporting using advanced HubSpot features
• Manage LinkedIn Posts
o Format, design, and schedule social content
o Turn articles into visual assets for repurposing
• Project Coordination Using ClickUp
o Manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies in ClickUp
o Keep track of marketing and M&A follow-ups
• Marketing Support
o Help with list building, light research, and vendor coordination
o Edit and clean up short articles or email copy when needed

Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing or content execution
• Canva Pro – expert-level skill and strong portfolio
• HubSpot – 3+ years with paid version, hands-on experience
• ClickUp or equivalent project management tool
• Strong organizational skills and deadline ownership
• Business-level written and spoken English
• Bonus: Familiarity with Core Story / StoryBrand frameworks
