JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Offshore Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our digital marketing company. The BDM will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals across SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other digital services. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an offshore setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for digital marketing services.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Create and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery capabilities.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.

Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry.

Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development services.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote environment.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced industry.

Work Setup:

Offshore/remote role.

Flexible to work with global clients across multiple time zones.
