LinkedIn Outbound Specialist (SDR Role)

Join TransBridge Advisors, a fast-growing fintech consultancy helping global payment companies expand into the U.S. We’re hiring a LinkedIn Outbound Specialist who can consistently send out high-quality connection requests and messages every day.

You’ll:
Send 300–500 targeted messages per day


Track outreach results in spreadsheets or CRM


Work closely with our copywriter and data team


Keep a sharp focus on message quality and consistency


You need:
1+ year in outbound or SDR roles


Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools)


Strong written English


Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and attention to detail
