About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Ads Manager to oversee paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns for our real estate team. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and managing targeted ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for buyers, sellers, and agent recruiting.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across
Develop geo-targeted and audience-segmented campaigns to reach specific buyer, seller, and agent audiences
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and PPC strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets for best ROI
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad messaging and visuals with current listings, open houses, and recruiting goals
Create and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages for lead capture and conversion
Manage monthly ad budgets and provide performance reports with recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Qualifications
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, audience targeting, and lead generation
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager tools
Experience with geo-targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
Familiarity with the real estate industry and marketing to local markets is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience setting up automated lead funnels or integrations with CRMs
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and pixel setup for tracking
Understanding of A/B testing, copywriting for conversion, and landing page optimization
