We’re looking for a part- to full-time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience and solid bookkeeping/accounting skills. You’ll help manage day-to-day financials, handle reconciliations, prepare monthly P&L statements, and assist with payroll processing.
Your Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities in QuickBooks Online.
· Prepare and review monthly P&L statements and reconciliations.
· Process payroll through QuickBooks Online Payroll (Paychex experience a plus).
· Support the Controller with month-end reporting and account analysis.
Requirements:
· Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2–3 years).
· Must have QuickBooks Online experience.
· Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliation.
· Excellent attention to detail and organization.
· Strong written and spoken English.
· Able to work independently and communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
· Experience with Paychex or other U.S. payroll systems.
· Experience supporting U.S. companies or multi-entity accounting.
