Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Cold Email & Quote Accuracy Reviewer
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Rate: $7–$8 per hour (PH-based)

About the Role:
Junk Doctors is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage two key functions: handling the cold email outreach campaigns and ensuring quote accuracy through photo review. This role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable juggling different tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Email Automation Management
- Oversee and maintain cold email campaigns using Instantly and our CRM system
- Ensure campaigns are running smoothly, leads are being tracked properly, and follow-ups are consistent
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations when needed

2. Quote Accuracy Review
- Review end-of-job photos from completed projects to verify the accuracy of quoted amounts
- Compare pre-job quotes with post-job results to ensure consistency and fairness
- Provide reports or flag discrepancies for review by the operations team

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Familiarity with cold email tools (preferably Instantly) and CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Must be based in the Philippines
