Hello, our company is currently looking for a graphic designer to work as a freelancer. I will describe what we are looking for below:

We are looking to hire a graphic designer to help us out whenever we have a project that comes up. We have hired several designers in the past but we are looking for someone with a specific set of skills that seem hard to find. I will leave a description below - please get in touch with us via email if you feel that you could be the right fit to help out our company into the long-term future.

** Someone who makes their own creative decisions and gives their opinions while working on a project. Someone who goes beyond and takes a loose idea and makes something beautiful and unique out of it.
The main point here is that I would love it if our graphic designer helps me more than I help them to get the final design completed.
** Someone who takes pride in their work when presented.
** Someone who looks more the most effective way to proceed with revisions so that the process moves forward at a good pace.
