E-Commerce VA Needed (Shopify + Printful Store Setup & Web Integration (U.S. Brand))

Overview
I’m looking for a skilled Shopify + Printful virtual assistant to set up a complete online store for my U.S. brand, Constitution Fan Club (CFC) — a joyful, creative, patriotic-themed apparel line.
You’ll connect Printful for fulfillment, upload my existing high-quality PNG designs, organize collections, and build the storefront so it’s ready to sell.
This is a one-time project with ongoing work potential (maintenance, new product uploads, Shopify automations, etc.) for the right person.

Main Tasks
Create and configure a Shopify store from scratch
Connect and verify the Printful integration
Upload high-resolution PNG design files (300 DPI, transparent)
Create and sync product mockups, titles, and descriptions
Organize collections (e.g. Unbroken, Gnomebody’s Fool, Freedom Wears Joy)
Add required pages: Home, About, Contact, FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms, Returns
Connect domain from GoDaddy
Configure shipping profiles and U.S.-based pricing/margins
Make sure everything works perfectly on mobile and desktop

Requirements
Proven experience setting up Shopify + Printful stores (portfolio required)
Knowledge of variant syncing, Printful pricing, and shipping setup
Understanding of mockup creation and 300 DPI file prep
Eye for branding consistency and good layout
Comfortable using Google Drive and communicating in clear English
Reliable internet connection and regular progress updates

Bonus Points
Basic graphic editing skills (adjusting placement on mockups)
Familiarity with U.S. print-on-demand markets and profit margins
Experience integrating Etsy, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or Pinterest sales channels
Knowledge of Shopify email automations

Pay & Schedule
Please include your expected hourly rate (in PHP) when you apply.
Hours are flexible, but I prefer someone who can overlap 2 – 3 hours between 4 PM – 7 PM Pacific Time (7 AM – 10 AM Philippines) for quick coordination and feedback.
Project timeline: approximately 1–2 weeks for full setup.
There may be ongoing work afterward for store updates, new product uploads, and marketing integrations.
