About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from a remote setting. This critical role focuses on the successful implementation, migration, and integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and driving efficiency through Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
A core component of this position involves the successful development and delivery of virtual training programs for new systems, particularly CRM and specialized software, to a geographically dispersed, global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Remote Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication protocols optimized for a distributed team.
- Employ and champion Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage development sprints, backlog, and continuous delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, sales, support) to achieve project milestones on time and within budget, leveraging strong virtual collaboration tools.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders via synchronous and asynchronous communication channels.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies.
Technical & Platform Focus
- CRM Implementation & Migration: Oversee full-cycle projects for our core CRM platform, including initial setup, data migration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Docusign, AirTable), customization, and integration (e.g., chatGPT, Power Dialer, Slack) with other enterprise systems.
- AI Integration: Manage projects that incorporate AI/Machine Learning capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, chatbots) to enhance the customer experience and improve business processes.
- Automation & Efficiency: Drive initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency gains through workflow automation tools (RPA) and system integration.
Virtual Training & Enablement
- Deliver comprehensive virtual training programs and materials for end-users on new software, CRM systems, and automated processes.
- Conduct engaging remote training sessions (webinars, video conferencing) and create documentation tailored for self-paced learning, including user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Assess the effectiveness of virtual training programs and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary to ensure high user adoption and proficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a dedicated Project Management role, preferably in a technology or software-driven environment.
- Must have direct experience managing full-cycle CRM projects, including implementation, migration, and significant customization of a major platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing projects that involve the integration of AI or Machine Learning technologies.
- Experience with projects involving business process automation (e.g., using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms).
- Demonstrated experience in Training and development/delivery for software or CRM systems in a virtual or remote setting.
Skills & Certifications
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is required.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) for technology project delivery.
- Exceptional remote communication skills (written, verbal, and video), with the ability to maintain engagement and clarity with a remote team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with virtual collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
