Funnel Builder and Winners Optimization Team Lead

We are a fast-growing, 7-figure funnelish business in the health and wellness niche, selling across multiple European markets (UK, DE, SE, NO). We have been on the market more than 1.5 years.

We’re not looking for someone to just “do tasks.” We’re looking for someone who will own the funnel output, spot mistakes before they happen, and take pride in scaling products with precision. We're seeking A-Players, not just executors.

As Funnel Builders Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing, optimizing, and publishing Funnelish + Shopify funnels
- Managing internal funnel builders (currently 2–3 part-time builders)
- Setting up daily SOPs, checklists, and QA systems to eliminate errors
- Ensuring every funnel is ready for launch from both technical and CRO perspectives
- Acting as the last line of defense before a funnel goes live
- Collaborating with the creative team to align creatives and funnel structure
- Owning funnel KPIs (launch speed, conversion rate, error rate)
- Regular review of active winning funnels and improving CR of it.
- Scaling winners with custom advertorials, increasing AOV .


What You Need:
- 1–2 years experience in funnel building (Shopify + Funnelish)
- Sharp eye for detail, QA, and conversion optimization
- Fluent English, clear communicator, and fast executor
- Comfortable managing a small team and giving feedback
- Strong experience with chatGPT and Direct Response copywriting, custom advertorials.
- marketing knowledge (CRO, increasing AOV, a/b tests )
- experience with Klaviyo.
