About Us
On Track Learning (OTL) is dedicated to helping students reach their academic and test prep goals through personalized tutoring and proven strategies. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our community, starting with Instagram as our primary platform.

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for building and executing a social media and content marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, engagement, and leads. This includes developing Instagram strategies, creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and applying SEO best practices to ensure our content reaches the right audience.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for Instagram, with plans to expand to other platforms in the future.
- Create and manage content calendars (posts, stories, reels, infographics).
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and content using SEO and keyword research to improve visibility and reach.
- Monitor and engage with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and mentions.
- Track performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with the OTL team to align content with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and student needs.
- Stay updated with social trends, Instagram algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

- Seamless Collaborator: While you work independently, you are a proactive communicator. You keep the team in the loop and align your creative vision with OTL’s brand voice.
- SEO Fluency: You understand that social media is a search engine. You know how to use keywords to drive organic reach.
- Creative Toolkit: Skilled in Canva and mobile video editing (CapCut/InShot) for high-retention Reels.
- Tracking Ready: You are comfortable using time-tracking software and maximizing your productivity during your logged hours.

Compensation
- $6 USD per hour
- Part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule, with some overlap with US PST hours preferred
