Static Maker – E-commerce / DTC
$450/month — 20h/week

We are a fast-growing international e-commerce brand, present in multiple markets and trusted by over 100,000 customers worldwide.

Our ambition: scale our acquisition campaigns and strengthen our brand visuals to move from 7-figure to 8-figure annual revenue.

To achieve this, we’re structuring our creative department to increase our production capacity and creative iteration speed for ad creatives and brand visuals.

We’re looking for a talented, fast, and performance-oriented Static Maker — someone who can create ad visuals that convert, while maintaining strong visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Your Main Mission

Create, adapt, and optimize high-performing static visuals for our advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Display), as well as occasional visuals for our e-commerce website (banners, hero images, product visuals).

Your goal: turn clear briefs into ad creatives that attract, engage, and convert, while respecting our brand’s visual identity and tone.

Your Responsibilities

Creation & Production
- Design static ads for Meta / TikTok campaigns.
- Adapt visuals based on formats, audiences, and offers.
- Produce A/B variations to test multiple creative angles.
- Improve visuals based on ad performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPC).
- Occasionally create website visuals: homepage banners, collection images, product visuals, or promotional assets.
- Maintain strong visual consistency between ads and website visuals.

Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the Creative Team.
- Understand marketing briefs and translate them into impactful visuals.
- Collaborate through Asana (uploads, feedback, version tracking, validation).
- Implement feedback quickly and iterate efficiently.
- Suggest new visual ideas inspired by top-performing DTC brands (hooks, typography, color palette, storytelling).

What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva Pro.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce visual codes (USP, CTA, value prop).
- Familiarity with Meta / Pinterest ad formats.
- Ability to turn marketing briefs into multiple high-performing variations.
- Strong DTC visual sense — clean, modern, conversion-oriented design.
- Comfortable with collaboration tools: Asana (feedback), Google Drive (asset management).

Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and strong visual discipline.
- Speed and efficiency: able to produce quality work with minimal supervision.
- Performance mindset: you don’t just make things look nice — you make them work.
- Autonomous and reliable when meeting deadlines.
- Visually curious: you analyze what top DTC brands are doing and why it works.
- Open to feedback, with zero ego.
- Organized: capable of managing multiple briefs simultaneously.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce graphic design (freelance, agency, or brand).
- Has already produced static ads for Meta campaigns.
- Understands the creative production process (brief > design > feedback > validation).
- Portfolio demonstrating strong and recent ad creatives.
- Good written English skills for communication and briefs.

Expected KPIs

- Consistent production of high-performing visuals (10–15 ad batches per week).
- Fast feedback integration (v1 - v2 in under 24h).
- Smooth, structured collaboration on Asana.
